The Mercy Falls hospital is going to close its doors after a lot of years. Amy, one nurse that arrives to cover the night turn is helping the doctors to look after the children that haven't left yet. Early she detects that something is happening in that hospital and she and the children start to become scared. Amy tries to tell it to the rest of the personal but they don't believe her. Amy has a friend, Maggie who tells something to her about a mechanical girl, Charlotte who lives in the second floor. That floor is closed for a lot of years. The presence of the mechanical girl is becoming heavier every day and the children are very scared. One of the children needs to be evacuated because he has broken his leg twice. His name is Simon. Amy starts to investigate about it and she visits one of the nurses that worked there before, Susan. But when she arrives to Susan’s home she has died.
